Account Deletion

If you have a Sneaker Scout account, you can delete it directly inside the application. Account deletion is permanent and removes account-associated data from our systems as described below.

Delete your account in the iOS app

1. Sign in to your account if you are not already signed in.
2. Open the menu by tapping the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner of the app header.
3. Under Account, tap Account Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account and confirm when prompted.

You may also delete your account from My Profile when signed in by tapping Delete Account and confirming.

Delete your account on the web

1. Sign in at /login.
2. Open your profile page at /app/profile.
3. Tap or click Delete Account and confirm.

What happens when you delete your account

When deletion completes, we remove from our systems:

• Your consumer profile and shopping preferences
• Saved deals and watchlist items tied to your account
• Saved searches tied to your account
• In-app alerts tied to your account
• Your authentication account

Push notification registrations associated with your account are removed when your authentication account is deleted. Some operational records, such as anonymized affiliate click logs, may be retained without your account identifier where needed for reporting, security, or legal compliance.

Deletion does not remove data stored locally on your device (for example, guest preferences in browser storage or AsyncStorage). You can clear that data by removing app data or browser site data for Sneaker Scout.
